So when you think about ways to create and experience and implement this into your business what comes up for you?
Start with putting yourself in your team and or customers shoes. how would you want to be heard, seen, recognized?

I'm sharing some specific examples of above and beyond customer service I've received from my incredible SHIPT shopper, Nancy.
