What if, instead of being bombarded, feeling overwhelmed, and taking in so much you don’t retain what you want to, you chose what and when you want to take in information?
In todays episode, I’m going to challenge you to do 3 things this week to get back to neutral.
1- Turn off all phone notifications. For every app. Yes- Even texts.
2- Set intentional time aside to check emails, texts, Slack, or dms.
3- Put your phone down, completely, for the night. Pick a time and walk away.
