Many things in life affect how we live, but one that hits the top of the list absolutely is the way you think. The way you think can either be life-giving to you or it can send you into a pit of darkness, despair, and self-destruction. In this solo episode I want to bring awareness to the fact that the issue may not be focus, but what you are focused on. Some of us may just need to do a refocusing and pay attention to what is feeding our thoughts. Understanding the long term effects of our thinking, our present habits, and the vision we have for our lives is crucial to living a mindful life.
