About Guest: Rebecca Rowe is a retired multi-sports international athlete participating in swimming, rowing, rugby and surf lifesaving. She has competed in 4 world championships in 3 different sports with the highlights being double world champion and world record holder in surf lifesaving, 4th at the 2007 World Rowing championships, bronze at the 2007 European Rowing championships and played in 3 six nations tournaments and the 2017 Rugby World Cup. She gained 19 caps for Wales during her rugby career and won 2 premiership club rugby titles with her club Harlequins. She also swam for Wales as a teenager and held many junior and senior west records at the time. She held the British record for a relay channel swim in 2001. Her diverse and dynamic career includes being a professional athlete, rowing coach, PE teacher and currently a firefighter in the London Fire Brigade.
