William T McCartney speaks with Pat Coyle about his book Vindication and Justice for Michael Mallin. Joseph Mallin SJ was his son. He was two and a half years when his father was executed in May 1916 for his part in the Easter Rising. Joseph lived to the age of one hundred and four. He compiled a statement in defence of his father's reputation. William tells Pat the full story in this interview.
