Coinbase IPO’d today and soared to a high of 424.99, before settling off at 342 after hours. Coinbase is a crypto exchange that allows you to buy and sell cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. The disruptive technology behind crypto is blockchain which allows for decentralized finance. Decentralized finance is not regulated and allows transactions to take place on the blockchain network. This can eventually eliminate major banks because it eliminates the middle man and allow the consumer to have control. The technology is still in it infancy, so there is still time to profit off of it and make money. You should research and do you homework on cryptos before you invest, but if you do so you will be on the path to financial freedom.
