Listen "YOU SHOULD HAVE."
Episode Synopsis
Welcome to Into The Mirror. Season 2. Episode 5.
Happy Friday. Today we dive into more thinking errors and how the can really create a lot of chaos in our life if we are not paying attention. As we really begin to wake up to the higher loving reality we can slip back into old thinking methods if we are not careful. We wake up and clear one pattern only to see an older more hurtful pattern underneath the other.
Learning to see how most thinking errors root from a single thinking error is so magical to begin to understand. Some sort of black and white or all or nothing thinking. Being black and white isn't bad but it is limiting and will keep you tied to old human dogma and shame. Do you even remember how shame really feels? Not your hijacked fear of feeling shame but actually shame? Do you take time and space in your heart to actually feel what you feel?
You are waking up if you're reading this but how far you go is up to you. We judge ourselves and we judge others if we are not careful. Judgement is extremely damaging to everyone especially you. How do we learn to see our behavior that is actually hurting us? How do we adjust our thinking errors when we spot them and not shame ourselves for our feelings and humanness?
Have a listen to our podcast it "SHOULD" be awesome. :)
