Listen "Escaping the Inescapable."
Episode Synopsis
There is a zen saying out there that says before enlightenment chop wood after enlightenment chop wood. What they mean is there is still daily things to be done even after you find enlightenment. How do we deal with people, places, or things that drain our energy and dim our light? How do we go to work and deal with the evil boss? How do we deal with all those things we just don't get to completely avoid. Do we go on the run and avoid everyone? Do we hide in a castle somewhere?
The power of empathy. Is it a power or curse? it seems counter intuitive but stop trying to shield your heart and allow compassion in. When we see others as self we get the magic power of love. I promise you can do anything and transmute any situation. You can work through it and move away from the old wounds that keep us stuck.
The truth is with daily work and learning to not judge others you can claim your whole space or your whole being.
