Their own journey's have taken them from Premier League Football Clubs to setting up their own business specifically to address the needs at a first team level, to a Category 1 Academy bridging the gap between Academy and first team, finally from a background at a successful University based Football Programme to caring for the Players at a current Premier League Club.
