And, on the back of the Senate's 'Transforming Flow' meeting, Clair talks about the new study she has co-authored about why access block is not all about the emergency department and the need to understand the complex interactions a consumer has in the care system throughout their journey and across the many interjurisdictional and intersectoral boundaries.
