In this episode we speak with Felicia Ochs. Felicia is currently the Wellness Coordinator at Parkland School Division in Stony Plain, Alberta. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master’s degree in Education from Seattle University. She also holds certification in a number of other areas, including being a certified Yoga Instructor.Wellness is the main topic of our conversation.
