Episode Synopsis

Sooooo I think I have cracked the code to happiness… and turns out the key is within each one of you! We all know that our experiences as children shape us in profound ways and influence how we navigate life as adults. However, society is constantly pushing us to outgrow that version of ourselves.Childhood really only gets brought up when someone is in therapy — You can’t recover from a traumatic event? Must be your childhood. You keep finding yourself in toxic relationships? Definitely your childhood. You struggle with acceptance? Yup, let's go back to childhood. But what about when you wake up one day in your 20’s and realize all the things you thought would bring you joy just don’t? The job you busted your ass to get isn’t fulfilling your whole purpose. The days are blurring together. The hangouts that once lasted entire weekends, now take months to plan and only last a couple hours. You’re unmotivated. Overworked. Tired. Bored. Where’s the laughter? Where’s the sense of freedom we once had? Why is happiness so fleeting? If only we could just reach out and grab onto it and never let go.Well, here's what you can do: BE MORE CHILDISH! In this episode, I hope to convince you that there’s so much more value in who you were as a child, than simply understanding the problems of your current existence.Instead, you need to dig deep and figure out who you were — what did you like? What were you doing? Who were you with? How would others describe you? BE MORE LIKE THIS VERSION. Allow yourself to retain the childlike curiosity, ambition, and imagination that once ruled your existence.Enjoy the little moments. Surround yourself with people that allow you to shine. Live well.Thank you soooooo much for listening! If you resonate with anything I mentioned, it's because we're interlinked.. DUHHH. Follow to stay up to date on new episodes dropping every Thursday! Throw your thoughts in the comments (all feedback welcome) and share with someone who needs to hear this message :)Whole lotta loveee,Ray <3
