As Christmas approaches and the year is wrapping up I wanted to share an area of opportunity that I am working on.  I share this area of improvement because there is a good chance you have a similar one that you are struggling with.  Since my childhood I have had trouble expressing gratitude verbally. When I win awards I feel uncomfortable.
