Bethany Tapp is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, a Certified TRX Instructor, and a STOTT Trained Pilates Instructor. She has extensive experience with all avenues of fitness and wellness including: private training sessions, small group training sessions, Pilates mat/reformer sessions, and wellness coaching. After dealing with her own struggles of severe stress and burnout, Bethany decided she would nevere let her own health go downhill again. And now she shares her personal journey by helping others how to adopt a fitness routine, so that they can prevent the pitfalls of burnout and live a very productive life.
