In this episode, I discuss my comparison journey within myself and with others. I talk about the three main things I compared myself to as a teen and how they changed as I got older and navigated through life's ups and downs. The ways I was able to get out of my head and fall in love with who I saw in the mirror, rather than who the filtered version of me wanted to be.
