He is passionate about helping people and organizations achieve a healthier and more productive relationship with technology. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Technology Management, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mathematics. Author and co-author of several articles on the future of work, digital culture and digital detox. He has also appeared on the BBC Wales X-Ray program as a Digital Detox expert.
