Fleet Manager Spotlight!
Fleet Manager Gary Northrup joins host Darin Ladlie to talk about what it was like growing up in the trucking industry.  Darin and Gary both started driving with their fathers so they have a lot to say about what the equipment was like and what they think the future holds for the industry.  They also reminisce over their favorite stops from back in the day and driving to the many Iowa State football games and bowl games!
As humble as Gary is, they never even touch on the fact that in Gary’s many years of driving, before becoming a Fleet Manager, in 1990 he was selected by the Iowa Council of Safety Management as Iowa’s Driver of the Year!  What an honor that was for Gary and for Decker Truck Line.  Gary’s many miles driven and accomplishments certainly attribute to his success as a Fleet Manager!
