Meet Nishtha: Nishtha Bijlani is a yoga teacher based out of Mumbai. She is an ex-media professional who turned to Yoga at a time when nothing else made sense. Through Yoga, she found her zeal back. She considers herself fortunate enough to have recognized her calling early on. It's been 6 years of practicing, teaching, sharing this ancient gift of yoga with people from all over India and abroad. Her classes are intended at being an exciting experience of yogic practices beautifully combined with life philosophy and spirituality. Her teachings are based on the traditional methods of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.
