In one of the most interesting coach hires in recent memory, recently named Denison head coach Eric Koch tapped Maiah Bartlett as one of his two assistants. A Mary Washington alum who's the youngest daughter of longtime VMI coach Doug Bartlett, Maiah was most recently coaching in Frankfurt, Germany, and seems to be the woman currently holding the highest profile coaching job in men's lacrosse (and potentially ever).

IL's Terry Foy spoke to both of them about their lacrosse background, why this was the right fit and how they see it affecting the Big Red program.
