Inclusion is often mistaken for other things. It is not diversity but they are companions. Inclusion is not assimilation but it creates a sense of belonging. Inclusion requires the expression and appreciation of authenticity. I welcome you into this space with open eyes, ears, and minds. I invite you to consider what you hear and balance it against your beliefs. I encourage you to  interrogate what is presented and your own thoughts. Maybe you’ll agree, maybe you won’t.
