With Mars (and now Mercury) in Retrograde, things are bound to get a little heated through the remainder of this month. Not only is conflict on an abnormal high, so are mishaps in communication… which can lead to even *more* conflict. We see the cycle, yeah?

The key to getting through it without ripping your head off or someone else’s head off? Loving awareness and taking the time to ask yourself 2 simple questions throughout your day.
