Welcome to Informal Education, a podcast by NextStep. Our founder Erin Rowe created this podcast with the hopes to give people some tips on their career journey. She’s joined by co-host Emiko Stroud, our operations intern who is currently in her 3rd year at Southern University and A&M College. Together, they’ll be discussing topics ranging from diversity, equity, and inclusion to negotiation. They’ll be interviewing badass career role models with a range of experiences from Ivy League educations, to big tech, to part time retail jobs.
