Influencing -Creates growth and innovation strategy for the organization -Sets the tone for organizational culture and what the organization stands for -Monitors business performance and adjusts accordingly -Leads with authenticity, empathy, and vulnerability Now, determine where you currently land and then create strategies for how you’ll close leadership gaps to develop into an influential leader.
