Before founding Gray Capital in 2015, Spencer, founded successful businesses in the fields of media distribution, real estate, and agriculture before turning his passion for investing in commercial real estate into what is now Gray Capital.Spencer has extensive experience in real estate investing beginning with his first rehab of a single-family home when he was still in high school to now overseeing an acquisition pipeline averaging $200MM per year.  Gray Capital is a commercial real estate investment and asset management firm with a focus on stabilized assets in secondary and tertiary markets. We work with family offices, individual investors, and institutions to build and preserve wealth through diversified portfolios of cash flowing real assets.
