Welcome to the Vault Episode 131, where we're honored to present my interview with Richelle Shaw. Richelle is an inspiring entrepreneur, known for being the owner of the only Black female-led telecommunications company in the nation. She is also a mother and serves as the president of Fresh Start Telephone in Las Vegas. Her journey is nothing short of remarkable. After working for seven years at a telephone company, she purchased her own telecommunications company. However, the aftermath of September 11, 2001, led her to lose it all. Undeterred, she rebuilt her business from the ground up after a bankruptcy. Redefining her market, formulating a strategic plan, and tenaciously executing it, she made her way back to success.
