In this episode we engage in a wide ranging discussion with Julienne Barton of Sureal about Harnessing the power of you and your team. Julienne makes the point that it’s not so much about interacting with colleagues on how oneself likes to be dealt with but rather, being able to see things from someone else’s perspective and deal with them as they like to be dealt with.
