IN THE RED can be seen as place of such deficit and despair. It is time to flip the script. It is in these moments that we are presented an amazing opportunity. An opportunity to take notice of the resources around us that stretch us, expand us, restore us, and fill us that have gone unnoticed. People who have gone unnoticed because they do not look like us, act like us, or sound like us. Let’s get uncomfortable in the deficit moments as we realize the answer is closer than we think.
