On this week's In Focus session I discuss how the Self can often seem like two separate things: the spiritual side, infinite and connected to everything, and the personal side, which is finite and more connected to our wants and life purposes. Even if these two may seem separated, they're actually one thing appearing as two, and this gives us the freedom to be able to change and redirect our life and our "self".
