This week, Joe goes to Produttori del Barbaresco, a cooperative winery in the Piedmont region of Italy, to talk managing director Aldo Vacca. Produttori is known for being one of the best cooperative wineries in the game. They source grapes from dozens of growers in Barbaresco, all of whom are also part owners. Which means, Aldo’s job not only includes maintaining a high quality across all the farms, but also making sure the farmers themselves stay happy.
