Brighid joins us for her first podcast and shares so beautifully about her journey beyond destructive relationship patterns, finding enlightenment via her teacher training and the mystery school of Steiner education, which provided a soul awakening and community she had longed for. Brighid's journey into movement and the somatic led her to work with sacred sexuality and tantra practices, ultimately liberating her and allowing her to fully embrace and open to her eros and lifeforce. This opening has been a huge part of her journey of transformation and has led her to study more deeply within the realms of womb and yoni work, later becoming a huge part of her offering and the healing she shares with women. We also discuss Brighid's devotion to the teachings of Mary Magdalene.
