She transitioned into a new role in 2023 as Graduate Optometry Development Manager ANZ at Specsavers where she supports the personal and professional development of graduates within the two-year industry leading Specsavers Graduate Program alongside providing tools and resources for best practice mentorship for their primary mentors.
