We talked about Pressure Necrosis, but what about Thermal Necrosis? Surely heating the bone to a high enough degree kills it, right? Well, yeah–but implants placed correctly during guided surgery CAN'T get close to the level of heat that causes this sort of Thermal Necrosis. So, for our purposes, Thermal Necrosis doesn't exist!But that's not the end of the story.
