It's a real dilemma, right? How much soft tissue management should you be doing on an average implant case? On one hand, many dentists call for a tuck and roll on nearly every case. On the other, WHY??? Do we need to generate more soft tissue than the patient had naturally? I don't think so. Instead, we should refer to the old adage: "bone sets the tone, the tissue is the issue."
