In this episode, we discuss the landmark ISCHEMIA trial that has been years in the making.  The trial sheds a light on those who remain without cardiac symptoms but have abnormal imaging suggestive ischemia. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of heart catheterization if there is a concern for acute coronary syndrome.
