Episode Synopsis
Luisa Diez is an anthropologist, museum worker, and comedy booker in New York City. She splits her time between making exhibitions and producing and watching comedy shows. She currently books Too Many Cooks, a weekly show in Manhattan, as well as one-off shows at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn and other venues around NYC. Jason Zinoman writes the On Comedy column for The New York Times. In 2011, he became the Times’s first comedy critic. He is the author of the bestseller “Letterman: The Last Giant of Late Night.” He has also written the history of 1970s horror “Shock Value,” as well as the kindle single “Searching for Dave Chappelle.” Love the show?
