Those people who you may not see socially but whose impact on your life can be significant. For the past two years, Asha Langdon and I have been attending Douglas McAndrew’s pilates class in the Momentum Studio on Monday afternoons. Recording this podcast was the first time we had met outside of the gym. Tune in to hear us talk about what a profound difference being part of this community has made to us.
