Jake Stika is the Executive Director of Next Gen Men in Calgary and he is an absolute inspiration to Calgarians and Canadians as a whole. Jake is a sincere leader in our city and his open nature provides everyone with a real look into the definitions around masculinity. Next Gen Men is a youth-led, nonprofit organization that works to empower men across Canada.
