Max explains the nuts and bolts of how the IB Diploma Programme works including the six subject areas and the core of the DP: Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity Activity, Service (CAS), and the Extended Essay (EE).Max also talks about how the role of Diploma Programme coordinator is a multi-faceted, multi-layered role. DP coordinators are at the center of many aspects of the culture of their school.
