I declare that I jump off the high speed treadmill 
That my life has become so accustomed to
The ceaseless moving and perpetual go go go.
Where am I going if it's not with Him? 
Where am I going if it’s not for Him? 
I declare that henceforth, I give myself permission to simply be still.
Still Before my my King, before my lover, before my Daddy
Be still my jittery body, 
Be still my racing heart, 
Be still my noisome thoughts, 
And enter into His rest.
Fall into his waiting arms 
Put your head in his lap 
And take a deep breath , one , two as many as you need.
Hmmm....there... that is it 
Cry if you must,
Vent if you will,
But regardless of your overwhelming emotions do it WITH Him. 
With Him , with Him, with Him.
In the beginning was the word and the word was with God 
And the word was God. 
So i too will be with HIM,
Today and always
