I declare that I am a lover of wisdom and a never ending seeker of the understanding of the things of God.
For God has a position on every matter and for every option available to me on a matter, I will by the spirit of God, find the path of the “more excellent way”.
The way that would bring fruit, 
The way that would solve problems,
The way that would make manifest the glory of God.
As scripture recounts that Pharaoh was so impressed by the counsel of Joseph and remarked “Can we find any like him, who is so filled with the spirit of God?”
So will such statements follow me everywhere I go.
But like Joseph, teach me to remain humble and to always return the glory to you.
Fill me O’ lord with your spirit of wisdom in my field,
Not so that my ego would be stroked but so that men will conclude that only You could make such wisdom available.
I shun folly and idle talk, 
I shun media engagement that capitalises on small silly gossip, 
Expand my thinking Lord, Sharpen my intellect by your spirit.
Whet my curiosity and appetite for life giving knowledge.
I declare that the conversations around me change,
That they are upgraded to a God level kind of conversation
That carry eternal perspective and weight .
I declare that I mature into a son and daughter  that  embodies wisdom and that you can wholeheartedly trust to implement your will. 
So help me spirit of the living God.
