In our 5th Episode of the season, I chat with Adam Hernandez of Herc's Barbecue in Covina CA.  Adam grew up watching his Grandfather cook Brisket and Barbacoa and he remembers the love he had for those gatherings.  In a Trip to Texas in 2015 he was suddenly brought back to those days when he had his first Texas Barbecue Moment.  Ever since then he's been hooked on recreating those moments for himself and his family.  Although he's one of the newest popups on the Underground Scene, he's already making waves with his Craft Barbecue.  He has a small team and the support of his family and he's dreaming big.  Herc's is one of the rising stars in the Underground Barbecue scene, I hope you enjoy his story.
