I choose happy , an introduction is an overview of the podcasts to come. I’d like to know what makes others happy whilst I’m on a journey to find my happiness in everyday. I hope to reach out to any one else who may be in pursuit of happiness. I choose happy because I choose crappy is not an option. I’ve been there & done that and as easy as it could be to go back there, I refuse . So I have to put the work in everyday .
