Episode Synopsis
There is a study of fleas in a jar and how they are limited to their jumping abilities by placing them in a jar and then placing a lid on the jar and reconditioning them to limit their jumping abilities. After reconditioning the fleas, the lid is removed, and the fleas are allowed to jump out of the jar. But they don't and never will. Why?
