On this episode of the Hunting Gear Podcast, Dan and Bob are at the 2020 ATA Show and have some really interesting conversations with two different boot manufactures. To kick things off, the guys talks with Chris Currah (product line manager) of LaCrosse about what makes a good rubber boot. As the conversation moves forward, Chris gives some insight on how the boots are made and the importance of the manufacturing process. Then the guys get in to the new Navigator Series and why LaCrosse decided to expand in to the western hunter market.
The next interview is with Justin Long of Crispi. Justin explains the importance of a good fitting boot based on a persons hunting style.  Justin then talks about the material they use during the construction of the boot and shares his thoughts on what Crispi boot he would recommend for both a new and experienced hunter.
Both LaCrosse and Crispi have introduced socks to their lineups and both guys talk about the importance of pairing a good boot with the right sock.
