He grew up watching his father who was a lifelong stonemason building stone walls. When he was young, he was not interested in an inch of his father's job. But, there was a moment when he jumped into the world of stone like fate. Although he majored in arts in college, he came to learn some skills of building stone walls in The Museum of Bonsai Art(The sprited Garden) and The Dumoak Gallery and jumped into the world of stone walls after building his stone wall house. He discovered the precious value of stone throughout his career as a stonemason and this experience inspired him to establish The Art School of Dolbitna which runs various programs. He spends his whole time building stone walls, seeking unknown master stone wall builders, and promoting the precious value of stone to the public.
