A farmer who has been raising organic tangerine farm for seven years. Since 2021, Moon Hee-sun has been serving as the representative of the “Righteous Farmer Agricultural Association Corporation”, established by members of the Local Food Research Society to promote and revitalize Jeju’s local food. Along with 50 teams of farmers, processing companies, and chefs, the corporation has been running the “Righteous Farmers’ Market” for five years to create a sustainable consumption culture and enhance the influence of local food. The market, held twice a month, offers a diverse selection of Jeju’s local produce. From now on, she also plans to engage in various activities such as “Food Culture Planner”, which connects farmers and consumers. But currently, she works tirelessly at “Daljinbat”, a space set up in Doryeon-dong village for the Righteous Farmers’ Market.
