After our Breathing intro, here is the first part on how to optimise your breathing when training. First, we should learn how to breath in a calm situation, not going directly into a workout or lifting session . Second, understand what type of athlete you are, do you need much time to properly warm up or you are the type of athlete that jump into a heavy barbell right away. Based on this, you should use these two different drills in your warm up.
