Noteworthy Resources organized the Capital Region’s 1st ADHD Awareness Walk to promote access to resources, fosters visibility and representation, and creates a strong support network for individuals of all ages. Often misunderstood, ADHD is a way to understand a person's brain. For Noteworthy Resources Founder and Executive Director Tatiana Benack getting a diagnosis of ADHD was a relief, and so she wants to educate others. She spoke with Sina Basila Hickey.
