Westwater is Diné community that resides outside of Blanding, UT in San Juan County. And for many years, this community lived without running water or electricity which is a current issue for many Native Americans across the US. Today we interviewed Albert Cly who has lived here for most of his life. He tells us a little about himself, and how he came to live in Westwater, and some of struggles and challenges they had  to get electricity to the families here. He talks about the progress the people have made here and what still needs to be done.
