I have to tell you, with all the motivational videos that I do, I wanted to do one about how I actually transformed my life, I was lazy, fat, depressed, really bad mental health and way of seeing life. After following these steps and concise planning, I have learned so much more, I have grown as a person, I have expanded my knowledge and although I don't have a 6 pack yet, I have lost 4 stone and i'm 6'5 and close to skinny So if I can help you in anyway let it be this way
